Same day Shipping
Same day shipping service applies to orders that are made before 12pm AEST that day during Monday to Friday. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Australian Rod and Custom Components will endeavour to have your item dispatched within above time frames, however if shipping details are incomplete or clarification is required with order this may delay dispatch time.
The customer will be emailed dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

30 day Money Back Guarantee
To ensure our customers are happy and can buy with confidence, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
If you have item that has been shipped and not received it within 30 days you have the option to have your purchase refunded. Furthermore, if the item is different to what is described in the listing or you’re not happy with it then you may send it back within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

This policy does not apply to listings where the item is described as ‘ex-display’, ‘used’, ‘minor damage or shop soiled’ or otherwise stated in the item listing description.

Please note:
Customers will be responsible for all postage costs incurred with returning any items for exchange or returns.
Before any return or exchange is initiated the customer must contact Australian Rod and Custom Components so we know when and why the item is coming back. If a returned item is received and we have not been notified, nothing will occur until the customer makes contact with the company.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment for any goods ordered must be made by credit, debit card, bank transfer or PayPal in advance of delivery.
All products are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Australian Rod and Custom Components do not store your credit card number details or any other payment information.

Warranty Information
All products sold by Australian Rod and Custom Components are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty, except when the item is ‘ex-display’ or stated as ‘used’ or ‘minor damage/shop soiled’. This exception will be outlined in the item description for the particular item listing.

Australian Rod and Custom Components reserves the right to repair or replace the any faulty goods at our discretion depending on circumstances.

Before any decision is made in regards to warranty for any goods sold, the item must be returned to Australian Rod and Custom Components for inspection and assessment, then decision will be made and the customer notified of the outcome.

Please note: Customers will be responsible for all postage costs incurred with returning any items for exchange or warranty. Depending on circumstances, a credit for postage costs may be issued.

Returns or Exchanges
Before any return or exchange is initiated the customer must contact Australian Rod and Custom Components so we know when and why the item is coming back. If a returned item is received and we have not been notified, nothing will occur until the customer makes contact with the company.

Customers may return or exchange an item purchased within our store. The returned item/goods must to be in brand new condition, not fitted or previously installed, and presented in original packaging. Returns may be made up to 30 days after purchase date. Depending on circumstances Australian Rod and Custom Components may at our discretion apply a 20% re-stoking fee of the item value. The customer will be made aware of this during the returns process if this will apply.

Errors and Omissions

Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (i.e currency exchange rates and other variables beyond our control etc.), prices, promotions and availability of product that has been advertised are subject to change without notice.
Please be assured that Australian Rod and Custom Components makes every effort to ensure accuracy, however, the prices and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. If an error has been made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, Australian Rod and Custom Components maintains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If an incorrect order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Australian Rod and Custom Components will issue a refund.
