Competition Terms & Conditions

Promotion Name: ARC Monthly Review to Win $200

1. Promoter

The promoter is Australian Rod and Custom (ARC) of 24/30 Mudgeeraba Rd, Mudgeeraba QLD 4213 Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must have purchased a product from ARC.
• Employees of ARC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

• Each monthly competition opens at 12:00am on the 1st of the month and closes at 11:59pm on the last calendar day of that month (AEST).

4. How to Enter

To enter the draw, participants must within the promotion period:

• Submit a product review via the link provided by ARC;
• Provide a star rating; and
• Include their name and valid email address.

Only one entry per product review is permitted. Multiple reviews on separate products are permitted but must be genuine and reflect the entrant’s true experience.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive AUD $200 store credit every month.
• The prize will be issued as a store credit.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
• The prize is valid for 3 months only.

6. Draw Details

• The draw will take place within five (5) business days of the promotion closing.
• The winner will be selected at the manager’s discretion
• The draw will occur at ARC’s business premises.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, ARC reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Publication

• The winner’s first name and state may be published on ARC’s website and/or social media channels.

9. Review Authenticity

• Reviews must be genuine and relate to products purchased.
• ARC reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, offensive or unrelated to a genuine purchase.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with ARC’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from ARC

11. General

• ARC reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if necessary.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
