• Suit GM TH350, TH400, 700-R4, TH200, 200-4R, 4L60(E) and 4L80E (short selector shaft only).

*For all GM Transmissions except Powerglide, 4L70E, and newer transmissions. Does not fit Ford or Chrysler Transmissions.

How to check the length of your selector shaft:

Measure:

From the flat face of the transmission case (where the shaft exits)
To the very end of the splined shaft

DO NOT measure the shift lever. DO NOT include washerts or nuts.

Typical results:

Short selevtor shaft: ~22-28mm protrusion
Long selector shaft: ~35-45mm protrusion

If your around 25mm, you have the SHORT style.
If you around 40mm, you have the LONG style.
